I have a questionn: if I am a drug dealer or other non-violent offender out on probation or pre-trial release, do I have the freedom to go on vacation to Disney World? I think not. Why is Dick Scrushy getting special liberties other convicted FELONS are not receiving? Does this happen simply because he can afford a high-priced attorney or is it a result of his religious grandstanding aimed at making the world think he is a man of God? And just what was Schrushy doing on that yacht anyway? And what was he doing in Miami? Surely a man of God like Dick Schrushy wouldn't seek his recreational past-time in such a smorgasbord of sin.
