It is ridiculous the hoops one must jump to get a summer internship for THE COUNTY. One doesn't have to jump these hoops for summer internships on Capital Hill in Washington!!! I invite folks to go to the County website and take a look at the budget as it seems the County brings in much more than it spends. It actually appears that the County has enough in excess income to provide for a nice tax cut. Opps, tax cut is a dirty word to our County Commissioners - sorry for the bad language.
