And just how much does anyone think the 'Great Computer Caper' will end up costing the taxpayers?

There is no way that these computers will benefit the people that really need them. The infrastructure neededd just to get them connected to a server to allow internet access will be extremely costly. Then there are the internet access fees. Add on the maintenance and support issues, this is another Langford (who lives in Fairfield) boondoggle of epic proportions.

Did anyone see Langford on the front page of the Money section on the WallStreet Journal. He wasn't on there for the Great job he is doing for Birmingham, but for the SEC investigation. It is a matter of time before he is in jail with his partner in crime Richard from HealthSouth. Langford simply CAN NOT BE TRUSTED, and the people who elected him should be ashamed of themselves as well, or did he really get elected???

I don't know that business leaders (or anyone else for that matter) really trust Langford (who lives in Fairfield). It seems that those who go along with his proposals just hope to gain something personally by doing so.
Whitmire does a great job of identifying who those people are and describing their relationship to the Mayor of Birmingham (who lives in Fairfield).
