Funky Sunday: Galactic returns to Workplay

Music lovers looking to extend the weekend can be found at Workplay on Sunday, October 26. The funky New Orleans quintet Galactic will take the stage at 10:30 p.m. with Oakland’s Crown City Rockers opening the show at 9 p.m. Touring on the success of its sixth release From The Corner To The Block, Galactic will be joined by New Orleans stalwarts Shamarr Allen on trumpet and Corey Henry on trombone.\

Tickets to the all-ages show are $25 – $30 day of the show – and can be purchased at www.workplay.com or by calling 380-4082.
