Local Dish tasting: Tea time

teaOn the third Monday of every month, Whole Foods and Birmingham Weekly bring together a group of Birmingham’s best chefs and restaurateurs to taste and rate various epicurean delights. The March program features Dave Cross of Culinard Caf\’e9, Dave McLaughlin of Safari Cup and Rosemarie Kramer of Miss Rosemarie’s Special Teas, sampling green, black, oolong and white teas along with tea-time snacks. You can taste it all yourself for a $10 donation. Proceeds benefit the Healthier Weight program at Children’s Hospital. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. Learn more by calling (205) 912-8400.
