They will go to areas with better history and more stable. A city who can fill up seats and while we are watching the game, not thinking if our car will be there or not when we leave. A city who's mayor is not under investigation. I totally agree with your column. We can not put up a dome with nothing to put in it. This is not "A Field of Dreams." If we build it, they will not come. Not until we can turn alot of these problems around, fix them and move in a few baby steps.
