About 6 months ago I called T.E.A.R.S. for a stray and slightly injured, but sweet and probably lost dog here in Southside. Tera, with TEARS told me that they are FORBIDDEN to rescue in the BIRMINGHAM CITY LIMITS! WHY? Is it because of the contract with this animal abusing rescue/shelter? Im Not a fan of PETA, they tend to go overboard, but sometimes that may be a good thing.... maybe they should get on BJCs ass. Is there no controls there, no checks & Balances? This is sick. And the dumbasses that work there should be the ones standing in umemployment lines. I am sure this makes little sense, but I am pissed .... UGH. This infuriates me!
