Teen cooking classes at Bham Bake and Cook Co.

 Birmingham Bake and Cook Company and Sherron Goldstein of Fresh Fields Cooking are teaming up for two sessions of Teen Cooking Classes in July. Susan Green of Birmingham Bake and Cook Company says that the classes will introduce students to both some familiar and unusual ingredients and dishes, and some new styles of cooking and eating. The two-day sessions run from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and cost $100.

Wednesday, July 22: “Americana”

Bread Bowl Pizza

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Fresh Tomato Tart

Key Lime Pie

 

Thursday, July 23: “Family Dinner”

Tuscan Panzanella Salad

Savory Lavender Chicken

Baked Potato Casserole with All the Trimmings

Chocolate Bread Pudding
