		<description>This is such an important issue for the women of Alabama!  Women MUST be given the CHOICE to choose out-or-hospital birth assisted by a professional, a CPM.  Just look at the stats in countries like Sweden, where the Midwifery Model of Care is used.  Lowest rates of cesareans, lowest rates of infant and maternal mortality, lowest rates of epidural use, etc.</description>
