La Dama to host Adobe Road Wine Dinner

La Dama in Liberty Park will host an Adobe Road Wine Dinner on Thursday, July 16 at 7 p.m. The dinner will feature Kevin Buckler, owner of Adobe Road and the Racers Group. The menu is as follows.

Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab, Jicama Slaw
Adobe Road Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley 2007

Second Course
Local Mixed Greens, Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onion, Goat Cheese, Red Wine Vinaigrette

Third Course
Beer Braised Short Ribs, Wild Mushroom Black Truffle Risotto
