ABC board labels porn wine contraband

The Alabama Beverage Control Board is requiring stores to remove Cycles Gladiator wine from their shelves because the board believes the wine’s label is pornographic.

Why are these wine labels so sticky?

The label (right) features a Parisian art poster from 1895. Cycles Gladiator will remain on sale in 49 other states.
