Forever Wild meeting in Birmingham

The Board of Trustees of Forever Wild, the state of Alabama’s land trust, will hold its third quarterly meeting on Sept. 17, 2009, at 10 a.m., at Munger Memorial Hall on the campus of Birmingham-Southern College. The meeting is open to the public.

f_ever_wild_logoAttendees will hear updates regarding Forever Wild program activities and assessments of pieces of land that are being considered for purchase by the program. Citizens may also nominate tracts of land for inclusion or make comments on nominations. Written nominations should be mailed to the State Lands Division, Room 464, 64 North Union St., Montgomery, Ala. 36130.
