Lary langford could not even run visionland and now we all see what happens when he tries to run Birmingahm. Im glad I live in Saint Clair County now. We actaully had a 2 million dollar surpluse. Also Could you please report on the details of the refininceing of our public debt. Im sure the bankers made a boat load of cash, and not tealin what larry recived this time around :) This is lol funny.
