I have to disagree that Alabama will run the table. They have too many hurdles before they get to Atlanta. However, they will get to Atlanta. They are by far the best team in the West and probably the best defense in the country. I don't see Florida being much of a match for them this year as the Tide will struggle more with Tennessee and LSU than the mighty Gators.

The national championship all depends on who they wind up playing. If for some luck of the draw it ends up being USC or Miami then they are in trouble, otherwise we are probably looking at another trophy in Tuscaloosa because Bama is better than any Big 12 or Big 10 team.

Auburn of course already lost to Kentucky. They will win one that they are not suppose to win - either LSU or Ole Miss. They should handle Georgia and Furman easily this year. I just hope they can keep the Iron Bowl competitive.

UAB - my wife goes go school there, but not much to say about them. It's hard to follow any team in that conference when it comes to the gridiron. I admire your efforts for keeping up with them. I would say Central FL and Memphis will both beat UAB though.
