Every Tuesday this summer, from June 23 to July 28, Little Savannah will host a Community Farm Table dinner starting at 7 p.m. Each family-style supper will feature fresh food from an Alabama farmer, as well as special wine and cocktail pairings. The point, according to restaurateurs Maureen and Clif Holt, is to bring Alabamians closer to their food and their communities.
The featured guest at the June 30 dinner will be wine distributor (and Weekly contributor) Stephen Humphreys, whose company Athens Imports will supply a selection of wines from Argentina. The pre-set menu is printed below. The cost for a four-course meal is $35 (not including beverages, tax or gratuity). Reservations are required.
