The Red Cat (formerly o kafes!) was started by Kirk Summers and Erin Isbell as a specialty-grade, wholesale roasting business in the Tuscaloosa area. Nowadays they sell their signature lattes, roast coffee on site, and host numerous concerts by regional and national musicians.
Global influences on the menu, local ingredients on the plate is the
foundation for every menu created at Satterfield’s. Continental flavors
and techniques are very popular and always present, but you’ll see nods to
the Low Country, the Bayou and the Keys too.
