ABC 33/40 reports that Birmingham mayoral candidate Jimmy Snow was arrested late Saturday night and charged with disorderly conduct. Snow says he was campaigning in Lakeview and was drinking, but "I wasn't drunk." Snow is a small businessman and an Avondale resident.
