• This is an agreement (" Agreement ") between you (" Customer ") and Birmingham Weekly (the "Company") for Card services.
  • I am entitled to Birmingham Weekly's discounted products and services, there are no monthly and no cancellation fees. I am at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into this Agreement for service from Birmingham Weekly; billing to/from will be made to/by Birmingham Weekly, Inc.
  • I am an authorized signatory for the checking or credit card account from which payment will be made. Checks and Money Orders will be made out to Birmingham Weekly. A fee of $20 will be charged for any return checks.
  • All payments must be approved prior to activation or recharging of my account. I may cancel service anytime by writing, email, fax or by phone, with the understanding that the cancellation will take effect at the end of that current month.
  • Birmingham Weekly is not responsible for loss, theft and unauthorized use of my PIN number.
  • Customer's Billing Information: I agree to provide Company with accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to my legal name and surname, home address, and telephone number. Any changes to this information must be provided to Company within 30 days of the change.
  • Birmingham Weekly reserves the right to eliminate or modify services and prices associated with any Service Plans.
  • I understand that I will receive emails and mailers from the Company.
  • I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Company from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including without limitation attorneys' fees and costs, related to or arising from: any unauthorized use of the Service; any violation of this Agreement by myself or those who access the Service through my account; and the use of the Service by myself or by those who have access to my account in a manner contrary to any law or regulation or harmful in any way to Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.
  • Birmingham Weekly may change the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement at any time. Posting of the changes at www.Birmingham Weekly.com website constitutes the recognized proper notice.
  • Unused cards will expire one year from last date of activity.
